Xtreme Clean Pro Savings Plan 2 Cleanings can only be used within 1 year starting from the date the form is submitted. There is no grace period for the Xtreme Clean Pro 2 cleanings per year savings plan. Customer realizes that Xtreme Clean Pro savings plan is for 2 cleanings only in the 1 year period. Xtreme Clean Pro is not responsible if customer fails to schedule 2 cleanings in the calendar year of the submittal of the form and Xtreme Clean Pro is not to be held liable for partial or full refunds for any reason which includes customer moving. Xtreme Clean Pro reserves the right to cancel a customer for any reason with partial refund available upon request. Customer realizes the savings program is for 1 address and cannot for any reason use the cleanings for more than 1 address. Customer may get other areas cleaned as long as it is the number of areas paid for at 1 address in the year. XtremeCleanPro.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. XtremeCleanPro.com reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
